This is the privacy policy and cookie statement of RCKSTR Yachts (registered under the name Epic Trident B.V) established in Mijdrecht in 2020, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number: 78662885.
Consciously or unconsciously you share personal information with us. We think it is important that your personal data is handled with care. That is why we have explained in this statement for you how we deal with your personal data and which rights you have. On our site we only process your personal data if you leave your contact details. With this information we do nothing but contact you. Should a business relationship / assignment come through here, we will process this information in our files. If it stays with a one-time contact, we will delete the data after 1 month. In the case of responding to a vacancy, these personal data are processed as it is in this process. The data is stored during the application process. After this vacancy has been filled, the CVs we receive for this will be immediately destroyed, unless we have received explicit permission from a potential candidate.

Provision of personal data to third parties
Without your consent, RCKSTR Yachts will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the Agreement that RCKSTR Yachts has with you, unless RCKSTR Yachts is legally obliged to provide your personal data to these third parties.
Access, correction and deletion of personal data
You have the right to request RCKSTR Yachts to inspect your personal data (unless RCKSTR Yachts is not obliged to provide this inspection on the grounds of the General Data Protection Regulation) and to have your data supplemented, removed or protected. You must identify yourself with such a request. If you wish your data to be deleted, RCKSTR Yachts will pass this removal on to other organizations that have received the relevant RCKSTR Yachts data.
